Belgium: Celebrating 25 years in Heusden-Zolder
In honour of its 25th anniversary, Umicore Oxyde Belgium in Heusden-Zolder organised an Open House. During the event over 200 employees, family, colleagues and friends toured around the plant.
During the tour visitors learned more about the zinc oxyde production as well as health, safety and environmental protection. They could also enjoy an exhibition of products and archive photos and see a new company film.
To conclude the day, all visitors were invited to join a barbeque in celebration of the plant’s anniversary.
