Recruitment activities
In order to attract good candidates, Umicore works pro-actively on creating a positive image on the labour market in the different regions of activity.
The recruitment channels to be used include contacts with schools (both through networking with institutions and professors, sponsoring thesis work and campus recruitment), use of job-sites (Umicore's own internet site and specific job sites), advertising and specific search missions.
Our recruiters also participate in several kinds of recruitment events: on-campus or career fairs.
