Job Description



- Contribute to Li-ion cathode materials precursor products and processes: definition of experimental design, hands-on experimental implementation, sample preparation and analyses and task planning management,

- Autonomous reporting and follow-up on tasks and progress,

- Data management, treatment and reporting,

- Responsible for certain lab areas: cleanliness, organization…, and methods: maintenance, calibration of equipment…,

- Organize communication with internal and external partners.

- Problem identification and solving.



- At least 2-year experience in precipitation in academic or industrial environment

- Familiar with CSTR, batch or semi-batch type precipitation operations

- Master degree in chemistry, chemical engineering or process engineering

- "Hands-on" approach (ability to set-up and maintain experimental equipment)

- Background in chemistry or chemical engineering

- (Chemical/process) engineer with a R&D mindset

- Self-motivated approach towards R&D

- Computer skills (fx. Data collection and management, MS access, Excel, …)

- Data interpretation and reporting

- Fluent Korean and English speaking and writing



- Knowledge of programming (fx. visual basics, …) and access database

- Advanced English speaking and writing
