EVO Days 2017

Evodays is an exciting new E-Mobility event that aims to be the hub for E-Mobility in Europe, connecting the EV industry in one place. The event features expo's, workshops, seminars, test driving, student events and a live indoor track. With Thursday and Friday B2B days dedicated to the industry, companies can showcase their latest automotive technologies on their exhibition stands and in dedicated lectures. Evodays will see 20 electric Formula Student teams attend and test their vehicles on the very first indoor track. Alongside them solar and other electric university teams will also showcase their vehicles.

Formula Student Netherlands

Formula Student is the largest technical competition for students in the world. Students design, build and race a prototype racecar according to the Formula Student rules. During the various challenges, teams test their cars and business models in several events, such as an acceleration test and a design presentation. The competition will come to the Netherlands for the first time in the summer of 2017! ‘The Cathedral of Speed’, as the TT-circuit in Assen is called, will be the venue.

Formula Student Czech Republic

Formula Student is the most prestigious, automotive design competition for students in the world. Students design, build and race a prototype racecar according to the Formula Student rules. During the various challenges, teams test their cars and business models in several events, such as an acceleration test and a design presentation. Formula Student Czech Republic will take place on Autodrom Most and we look forward to racing there once again!

Formula Student Hungary

Formula Student is biggest, automotive design competition for students worldwide. Students design, build and race a prototype racecar according to the Formula Student rules. The teams test their vehicles in various events such as an autocross event and a business presentation. Formula Student Hungary is held in the Győr-Gönyű Harbor between the 17th and the 20th of August.

We don’t know if it has something to do with the unbeatable racing spirit of our teams (or maybe with their acceleration skills) 😉, but this past Powered by Umicore year went by sooooo fast! A big thanks to all of you for following the adventures of Umicore Electra ULg, TH Köln - eMotorsports Cologne, Formula Electric Belgium, S&T Formula Electric Racing and UAntwerp Solar Boat Team!
