What you will be doing

-    Analyse and identify the training and development needs of managers on regional level and develop the training programs to address current and potential talent challenges of the organisation. 
-    Develop, deliver and evaluate training programmes and curriculum so that the know-how, skills, and performance of employees meet the organisation’s current and future requirements. 
-    Organize and implement the learning and development activities on regional level and ensure that learning activities are conducted efficiently, cost-effectively, and in accordance with the Group learning campus and core curriculum.
-    Select and manage ongoing relationships with external consultants and training providers for various training programs. 
-    Work closely with Corp and site HRs on the promotion and utilization of e-learning programs as well as the alignment of training offers at different levels.
-    Implement and improve the performance management system within the region for employee and organizational development.
-    Coordinate the talent review programs on regional level and defining specific development actions to secure the succession plan for key positions.
-    Lead and support on the recruitment and development initiatives to support ESG strategy in the region.
-    Lead the China Young Graduate Program including the campus hiring and development plan 
-    Talent acquisition for the regional headquarter office
-    Provide HR support on global and other ad-hoc projects when needed.

Who we are looking for

Functional requirements  
-    Bachelor degree, business or HR related major preferred 
-    5+ years HR working experience in multination company 
-    Good interpersonal and communication skills
-    Good organizing and planning skills
-    Chop with changes and can work under pressure
-    English and PC proficiency
