What you will be doing

The Process Research & Development Researcher executes and follows-up defined projects within the field of process R&D for cathode materials. The Process Research & Development Researcher coordinates, prepares and carries out project activities, including evaluating and summarizing the results and conclusions.
•    Execution and follow-up of process R&D projects within the field of cathode materials processing
a.    Execution and coordination of predefined R&D projects
b.    Work with supervisor on experimental design, sample preparation, characterization and data analysis
c.    Conduct/arrange piloting & arrange sample analysis and shipment
d.    Data management and reporting results incl. formal project reporting
e.    Taking part in Technology scouting (evaluation of new technologies)
f.    Creation of required process documentation towards process engineering and CAPEX

Who we are looking for

-    MS in chemistry, material science, engineering, metallurgy etc.
-    Knowledge in (high temperature) process engineering is a plus 
-    Knowledge in powder handling technology is a plus
-    Experience within the domain of R&D project execution, process technology development is a plus.
-    Expertise in process R&D, process technologies and equipment is preferred.
-    Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
-    Reporting and communication skills in English
-    Good communication skills, open, respectful, convincing
-    Analytical and critical thinking
-    Problem solver: systematic and methodological approach, ability to synthesize
-    Technical curiosity and Innovative
-    Result-oriented
