What you will be doing

Customer management
Follow up on VOC of RBM sites and supports or manages when required quality issues between customer and RBM sites.
Manages, supervises or support qualification, 4M and quality requirements and/or discussions with the customer as well as customer audits (new process / product / line development) and coordinate between site operation and RBM organization. 
Project manager for all relevant customer 4M/qualification projects
Central point of intelligence/information/communication for customer 4M/qualification/audit related activities for the internal / external customer 
Supports site QM to create the follow up actions following out of customer audit findings 
Support Commercial teams with quality related customer communication where relevant


Advanced quality management 
TFT member of the APQP activities and representing QM in the gate reviews.
Share the customer, ISO (IATF) and VDA requirements with APQP TFT members
Supports to unify the APQP related documents or systems within RBM and collaborate with RBM QM coordinator. 
Training APQP related tasks and new/update documents to RBM entities.


Quality management
Share the best practice and lessons learned with RBM and sites. 
Attend the regular site quality meetings & manage customer and QM related requirements or issues between RBM sites and RBM sites & customer

Who we are looking for

-    MS in Quality management or engineering
-    10 years of professional experience in the industry out of which at least 5 years of all-round experiences in quality management systems and quality control. 
-    Experience in APQP process at automotive industries.
-    Experiences in customer audit preparation & response. 
-    Knowledge of lab analytical systems is a plus.
-    Willingness to travel abroad 
-    Fluent in English
-    Knowledge quality management systems : ISO 9000, IATF16949, VDA6.
