In this program we prepare starting engineers for a clearly predefined management position in a technical field. Required skills differ depending on the business unit, but all Technical Young Graduates will be coached during a specifically designed development program spread over different units and locations.
- Master in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or in Material Science with a keen interest in chemical processing, developing technological skills, and with a solid scientific approach
- Fluent in Dutch and English

You will trained to become Assistant Operations Manager at Precious Metals Recycling – Hoboken.
You will be part of the management team of the Base Metals Operations or the Precious Metals Operations and assist and support the operational manager in order to deliver excellent key performance indicators. You assure and increase the metallurgical and chemical knowledge of the process, based on process data and chemical analysis. You analyze quality related parameters and see how we can implement them without reduction in throughput, and make proposals to improve process robustness. You look at bottlenecks and make proposals to solve them and help the team during start-ups and small shut downs.
