Can you describe your role/position at Umicore?

My responsibilitird are to manage and ensure that my team optimizes existing process technologies and implement the newest technologies, not to forget to manufacture prototype samples.

What do you like about your job?

I like the fact that I am able to be one of the first persons to try out the latest technology and interact with different team members from different departments.

What do you like about working at Umicore?

Team spirit is great, which makes it a good working atmosphere.

Why did you want to work at Umicore?

I feel recognised within the company and see that many of my values are also part of the Umicore's values.

What do you look forward to when you set off to work in the morning?

I look forward to a good progress on ongoing projects so we can attain our objectives and goals.

What has been the highlight of your time at Umicore so far?

I am proud to say that I manage an excellent process team.
