Corporate restructuring in India
Notice of hearing petition
In connection with Corporate restructuring of two Umicore entities in India viz., Umicore Anandeya India Private Limited (Transferor Company) and Umicore Autocat India Private Limited (Transferee Company), a joint petition was filed with National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Mumbai bench to seek its approval for proposed Merger on 23rd January, 2020. The aforesaid petition is fixed for hearing before the Hon‘ble NCLT on 24th March, 2020. The notice of hearing petition is attached herewith for reference and necessary action, if any, by concerned person.
