Interim dividend to be paid on 25 August
As previously announced on 31 July 2020, the Supervisory Board approved a gross interim dividend of € 0.25 per share (ISIN BE0974320526). This represents a dividend of € 0.175 net of withholding tax.
The interim dividend will be paid out on Tuesday 25 August 2020.
The share will be traded ex coupon as from Friday 21 August 2020. The record date will be Monday 24 August 2020.

Zoals op 31 juli 2020 aangekondigd, heeft de raad van toezicht een bruto interim dividend goedgekeurd van € 0,25 per aandeel (ISIN BE0974320526). Na aftrek van roerende voorheffing, resulteert dit in een netto dividend van € 0,175 per aandeel.
Het interim dividend zal op dinsdag 25 augustus 2020 uitbetaald worden.
Op vrijdag 21 augustus 2020 zal het aandeel zonder coupon verhandeld worden. De registratiedatum is vastgesteld op maandag 24 augustus 2020.

Le paiement de l'acompte sur dividende aura lieu le 25 août
Comme annoncé, le 31 juillet 2020, le Conseil de surveillance a approuvé le paiement d'un acompte sur dividende brut de € 0,25 par action (ISIN BE0974320526). Ceci correspond à un dividende net de précompte mobilier de € 0,175.
L'acompte sur dividende sera payé à partir du mardi 25 août 2020.
L'action sera cotée ex-coupon à partir du vendredi 21 août 2020. La date d'enregistrement est le lundi 24 août 2020.
