What you will be doing 

1) To coordinate process owners & external agencies for preparation of IATF 16949 & customers audits.

2) Planning & conducting internal & external audits and its closure.

3) To facilitate CFT meeting for preparation of 8D /CAPA for quality & audit issues reported.

4) Tracking customer complaints actions, supplier claim & audit findings actions for its effective closure.

5) Coordinating for preparation & smooth execution customer specific (CSR) documents.

6) Verification of effectiveness of corrective actions for internal & external complaints shop floor.

7) Responsible for ensuring Quality agreements from Customer for any new customers.

8) Supporting and developing VDA 6.3 requirements.

9) Implementing & strengthening QDMS.

10) Coordinating for review of global & local procedures with process owners.

11) Drive Lesson learned as per Umicore global requirement and strengthening of Horizontal deployment system.

12) Coordinating for MSA studies for all operational equipment’s & instruments.

13) Supporting in PPAP documentation.

14) To conduct safety & 5S audits on Shopfloor for improvements.

15) Planning QMS trainings for identified participants through TNI

Accountability :

 Accountable for IATF 16949, VDA 6.3 requirements & CSR implementation.

 Accountable for effective planning & execution of internal audits and MRM and no overdue of actions a sper target date.

Who we are looking for 

Engineering graduate from reputed University (Chemical/Mechanical) with 2-5 years of experience in QMS. 

Knowledge and experience is using tools such as TQM,7 QC Tools, Root Cause analysis tools,8D,Fishbone, 5Why etc.

Internal auditor as per ISO 9001 :2015 and IATF 16949 :2016 is add-on advantage.

Excellent interpersonal skills.
