What you will be doing

As the Facility & Security Coordinator, you will oversee site services and property management at UBM Korea in Cheonan. Your role will be crucial in supporting the facility's operations to help achieve UBM Korea's current and future goals. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Facility & General Property Management

• Site Maintenance and Cleanliness: Ensure all areas are well-maintained, clean, and organized while managing the 5S activities within GS&ER. Conduct regular meetings with external service providers to align company requirements.
• On-Site Facilities Management: Handle troubleshooting and maintenance in common areas such as the parking lot, meeting rooms, and restrooms. Register issues with the PM system, monitor progress, and oversee landscape planning and implementation with safety measures.
• Office Facility CAPEX: Plan and manage office facility capital expenditures and oversee related construction projects.
• Risk Assessment: Conduct regular assessments to identify and mitigate safety risks in designated areas.

2. Company Vehicles & Commuting Bus Management

• Contract Management: Oversee company vehicle contracts, including renewals and maintenance.
• Troubleshooting & Reporting: Address issues with company vehicles and commuting buses, maintain driving logs for tax purposes, and conduct regular employee surveys for feedback.
• Vendor & Route Management: Manage commuting bus vendors and routes.

3. Security Management

• Daily Security Operations: Maintain security standards for employees and visitors by administering physical access and clearances.
• Security Systems Management: Oversee physical security systems including CCTV, access readers, and equipment.
• Security Audits: Conduct regular and ad hoc security audits, investigating incidents and breaches.
• Workforce Planning & Communication: Plan, deploy, and communicate with the security workforce effectively.

Who we are looking for

• A bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience in General Affairs, preferably with Corporate Security related experience.
• Proficiency in English communication.
• Strong MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Service-oriented mindset with a proactive approach.
• High reliability and integrity.
• Exceptional internal and external communication skills.
• Proven problem-solving skills.
