Can you describe your role at Umicore?
I started my career at Umicore as a Technical Young Graduate and then became a process and product development manager for two years. I recently started as an operations manager in which I improve the technical process of sulfuric acid plant. Besides that, I am also a people manager, so I involve the team as much as possible and I want them to reach their full potential.
What do you enjoy about working for Umicore?
I enjoy working at Umicore because every day is different. In the different positions I was in, I’ve collaborated already with many skilled people. Everyone is also very approachable, which I really appreciate.
