The shareholders’ meeting of the limited liability company Umicore, Broekstraat 31 rue du Marais, 1000 Brussels (“Umicore”) can be followed online via a live stream. To enable us to give you access to this live stream, appropriately secure the live stream and have a view on the attendees, Umicore requests that you provide your name and your email address.
The requested information constitutes “personal data” relating to you and will be processed by Umicore, acting as the controller responsible for this data processing. For that purpose, Umicore relies on its legitimate interests to manage and monitor attendance of the above live stream and to generate statistics in this respect. Umicore will only retain your personal data until the next shareholders’ meeting.
