Acquisition of Haldor Topsoe’s heavy duty diesel and stationary emission control catalyst activities completed

Umicore announced today that it has completed the transaction to acquire the heavy duty diesel and stationary emission control catalyst activities of Haldor Topsoe. Regulatory clearance for the transaction had already been obtained.
