What you will be doing
You collect, register, analyze and control the accounting data
You act as contact person for the entities in scope (eg Belgium, France, Poland, Finland,…) towards the internal and external stakeholders such as the Business Units, consolidation, national bank,…
You prepare internal and external reporting’s such as annual accounts, Intrastat, internal reporting packages,…
You organize and deliver ad hoc analysis and reports
You prepare the monthly analytical review and account reconciliation in your domain
You independently organize the operational activities within your scope of services, ensure the adequate controls and implement improvements.
You identify, design and implement solutions for projects in the area of Record To Report projects
You participate end-to-end projects: setup requirements, follow up of the project, testing and implementation
Who we are looking for
You have a bachelor or master degree in economics or equivalent by experience
You are able to work in a highly IS system driven environment (SAP, Cognos,…), experience with the new technologies and a strong knowledge of ERP Tools especially in the SAP suite (FI/CO) is required.
You have a very strong technical background in accounting, process and in application Internal control and reconciliations
You are fluent in English. Knowledge of Dutch, French or German are an asset.
You have strong analytical skills and are capable of analysing numerical data, challenging and summarising information and production of workable solutions.
You are a team player and communication skills, able to influence other teams and demonstrate a high degree of cultural-awareness.

Meeting deadlines, working under pressure in a changing environment and dealing with ambiguity do not affect your enthusiasm and positive mindset.
