What you will be doing

The Supply Administrator of Business administration in RBMK ensures a smooth supply processing of direct materials of RBMK in-out from Umicore RBM/3P supply management.
1.    Arrangement of incoming shipment from Umicore sites to RBMK
a.    Understanding internal pricing method, metal content of materials
b.    Shipping arrangement of raw material/ intermediate material from Umicore sites as per request of RBM supply management 
c.    Role of communication channel of incoming shipment flow
2.    Purchase of R&D samples from Umicore sites  
a.    Use ISDF; internal sample delivery form
b.    Understand R&D sample flow and role of each sites, depts
c.    Purchase R&D sample from 3P vendors
3.    Processes of supply order
a.    Reviews yearly supply contract 
b.    Enter into Umicore SAP; COP
c.    Purchase contract, purchase order creations
d.    Metal fixation for materials
e.    Follow transfer price of RBM BU level
f.    Create inbound or outbound delivery
g.    Month-end closing

Who we are looking for

i.    Bachelor degree with more than 1 to 2 years of experience in business admin or related area.
ii.    Experience in metal hedging is preferred.
iii.    Experience of SAP is a plus.
iv.    Computer skills: MS Office(Excel, PPT, Word..etc)
v.    Fluent in English
vi.    Good communication skill
vii.    Problem solving skill
viii.    Able to work independently
