The Executive Leadership Team (ELT)
Led by the CEO, includes the Executive Vice Presidents of each business group and key enterprise functions. The ELT members act collectively in the best interest of Umicore and all its stakeholders, beyond their individual business or functional responsibilities. The ELT has final accountability for Umicore’s performance and strategy execution across the Group. It manages risks and opportunities, and ensures effective use of financial and human resources.

The Supervisory Board
Is responsible for the company’s overall strategy. It appoints the CEO and Executive Vice Presidents and oversees their performance. It ensures Umicore operates according to sound principles of corporate governance and exercises the powers entrusted to it by law.
