About Fuel Cell catalysts

What you will be doing

       General affairs

• Manage outsourcing suppliers, deal with expenses and ask for inspection when there is a trouble. (Security guards & cleaning crews, sanitation & pest control, indoor plants, rental equipment, security system, Cleaning building and related general affairs)
• Check the consumable goods stock for security and environmental hygiene and order those every month

Physical Security

• Control and manage visitor access to National Core Technology security areas
• Manage security assets (CCTV, Server rooms and so on)

Government project budget management

• Settlement and processing of government project costs
• Transfer and deliver government’s(+Bank) requirements
• Communicate Government-designated accountant to proceed projects smoothly

Who we are looking for

• Experience with systems and tools commonly used in supply chain management (e.g. SAP)
• Experience with building management and licenses related to Fire, safety and gas
• Experience government project budget management
