What you will be doing

• Supporting the analysis of change needs and developing change concepts and roadmaps for upcoming and ongoing transformations
• Designing, organizing, and facilitating targeted workshops and trainings
• Implementing global change initiatives or supporting their implementation
• Maintaining project plans, checklists, and documentation as part of change initiatives
• Preparing reports, evaluations, and collecting KPIs, also for other HR-activities
• Developing and implementing communication plans tailored to channels and target groups
• Supporting the creation of presentations, FAQs, and internal news

Who we are looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., HR, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, etc.)
• First experience with change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter) would be a plus
• Ability to collaborate in multidisciplinary teams
• Strong communication skills
• Basic project management skills
• Good English language skills, German is a plus
• Proficiency in PowerPoint
