What you will be doing

• Lead organizational transformation for our Business Group Catalysis (CAT) aligned with Umicore strategy, culture, and business priorities
• Drive people surveys, change initiatives, and global tools to strengthen culture and engagement
• Act as a strategic advisor and organizational coach to CAT leaders and P&O partners
• Shape future leadership through our Umicore Career Framework, coaching, succession, and talent development
• Lead the CAT Talent Management agenda, programs, and team to support business objectives

Who we are looking for

• Master’s degree in a relevant field with certifications in change management, coaching, and facilitation.
• Over 5 years of experience in Talent & Organization Development; P&O Business Partner or site P&O experience preferred.
• Strong expertise in assessing organizational and leadership effectiveness, coaching, and leadership diagnostics.
• Proven experience as a facilitator for diverse group sizes and leadership levels.
• Strategic mindset with strong business acumen and sound decision-making capabilities.
• Demonstrated success in leading large-scale transformation initiatives and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to perform effectively in complex, high-performance, matrix-driven environments with strong collaboration and influencing skills.
• Passion for innovative P&O solutions, inclusive leadership, and promoting diversity in changing organizational contexts.
