1. Management of integrated team of post-mortem and in-depth analysis
- Agile analytical feedback between Battery and CAM teams at each DQP stage
- Promotion of internal study and research to improve data comprehension
- Follow-ups on DQP gate reviews as a battery module
- Operation by advanced battery analysisÂ

2. Method development of efficient post-mortem analysis and operation
- Application of new fast screening tools in CAM battery testing as pre-analysis
- In-depth electrode analysis to identify degradation factors (TM deposit, Li plating…)
- Integrated analysis methods for structural & thermal analysis (XRD, DSC & GC)
- Enhancement of surface analysis methods (TEM, XPS, TOF-SIMS, XRF, etc.)

- Electrolyte application focused on the suppression of CAM and anode degradation
- Technical focus on designing highly stable solvents capable of 4.5V operation

- Identify CAM interface related to electrolyte propertyÂ

Who we are looking for
1. Functional requirements
- Ph. D in battery related science / engineering in battery industry
- MS. In battery related science / engineering and > 4 years of experience in battery industry
- Deep understanding relationship between material property and e-chem performance
- Experience on electrode/cell design and process
- Experience on electrode/cell analysis method
- Knowledge about the trend of battery market in the world
- Data mining and interpret skill to find the relation between material properties and battery performance
- Fluent language skill in English
