Core Responsibilities

  • Strengthen performance and leadership culture:Enhance performance and talent processes, and support leaders in delivering effective feedback, development, and values-based leadership.

  • Drive talent and succession management:Identify high-potential talent and successors, maintain talent pipelines, and ensure high-quality data for strategic decisions.

  • Lead leadership assessments:Manage assessment processes, collaborate with stakeholders, and translate results into clear talent insights and profiles.

  • Analyze critical roles and risks:Identify key positions, assess succession risks, and provide structured input for workforce and leadership planning.

  • Design and deliver development initiatives:Create and implement leadership programs, including mentoring, rotations, and career acceleration opportunities.

  • Support talent review and governance:Prepare and facilitate talent discussions, providing insights on leadership gaps, risks, and pipeline health.

  • Ensure fair and consistent people practices:Monitor processes for bias and consistency while promoting transparency through clear reporting and communication.

 

What we expect from you

  • A master's or bachelor's degree in human resources, economics, psychology or a related field
  • Minimum 5 - 7 years of experience in a related HR position
  • A proactive mindset and strong organizational skills
  • Data-driven and attentive to detail
  • You already have experience with "Performance Leadership"
  • Comfort working in a fast‑moving, international environment
  • Excellent communication skills in Englisch and Dutch (written and verbal)
  • A natural ability to connect people, solve problems and keep things moving
  • Your work location could be Brussels or Antwerp (Hoboken) or Olen
