Your Key Accountabilities

As Supply Chain Planner, you will become the operational nerve centre of our Germanium value chain.You will own and coordinate the end-to-end Master Production Schedule, balancing customer demand, production capacities, material availability, and logistics constraints. Your decisions will directly impact customer satisfaction, operational performance, and business results.This is not a traditional planning role. You will actively contribute to the further development of our Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE) processes and help build a future-proof planning organization.

 

Your detailed responsibilities

  • Drive the weekly alignment between demand, supply, production, and logistics across multiple product lines.
  • Own the Master Production Schedule and ensure an optimal balance between customer service, inventory, and operational efficiency.
  • Facilitate S&OE meetings and ensure effective follow-up on critical actions and business priorities.
  • Identify potential supply chain risks and bottlenecks before they impact operations.
  • Develop meaningful KPI dashboards and provide data-driven insights to support decision-making.
  • Challenge existing ways of working and initiate continuous improvement projects that increase agility and performance.
  • Collaborate closely with Production, Sales, Customer Service, Procurement, Logistics, and Management teams.
Who we are looking for

You combine analytical strength with strong interpersonal skills. You enjoy solving complex operational challenges and are able to bring people together around a common objective.

You also bring:

  • A Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in planning, supply chain, operations, manufacturing, chemicals, or a comparable industrial environment.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and confidence working with data and planning systems.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Fluency in English and Dutch.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and a genuine passion for continuous improvement.
