Job Purpose
- Dar suporte ao departamento jurídico de empresa multinacional.
Your Key Accountabilities
- Dar suporte em todas as rotinas do departamento jurídico e de seguros.
- Apoia os colegas e responde às solicitações das partes interessadas de maneira oportuna e profissional.
- Auxiliar em diversas rotinas do departamento tais como digitação e arquivo.
- Lançar informações de lotes de rateio de despesas e posterior pagamento.
- Auxiliar na verificação de contratos.
- Analisar os documentos (notas fiscais, recibos, cupons), observando a legislação vigente para posterior pagamento.
