Umicore has a strong and diversified presence in Brazil, supporting key industries with advanced materials and clean mobility solutions. Our Americana site serves the automotive, chemical, pharmaceutical, electronics and jewelry sectors, and includes metal refining as part of our closed-loop model. In Guarulhos, we operate our regional corporate office. The Joinville facility specializes in heavy-duty diesel catalysts and in Manaus, our subsidiary Coimpa produces high-tech precious metal products and chemical compounds for a wide range of industrial applications.
