On 19 February 2026, the Supervisory Board approved the Remuneration Policy 2026, following an in-depth review by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the policy adopted in 2022. It was adopted by the General Meeting of shareholders on 30 April 2026. 

The policy reflects Umicore’s strategic direction and incorporates feedback gathered through a comprehensive consultation process with shareholders, institutional investors, and external advisers. 

The policy is intended to stay in effect for four years unless the Nomination and Remuneration Committee requests shareholder approval for material changes earlier.
